Data Deletion Request
Use this page to request deletion of personal information held by Biliton Trading Egypt, including information received through a connected Facebook or Instagram account.
Requests are normally completed within 30 days after identity verification.What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible personal information from active systems and connected integrations. Records required by tax, customs, contractual, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations may be retained for the required period.
Platform data
Disconnecting a social account may stop future access but does not automatically remove data already lawfully stored. This form allows you to request deletion of that stored data.
Alternative request method
You may email privacy@bilitoneg.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include your name, email and relevant account reference.
